The lists are synched with CampaignMonitor, but no contacts

It works as intended on website A, but won’t work at all on website B. I installed this plugin on both websites at the same time.
NO SUPPORT. Support contact is by form only and the form won’t submit; error message ‘complete required fields’ — they ARE completed. No alternate contact provided.

I’ve been using this plugin for years. It works excellent, as expected. UI is very friendly and clear.
Renzo is also available and responsive for support questions.
Recommended.

Before implementing automation myself, just tried to Google “Contact Form 7 import Campaign Monitor” and found this plugin. I had installed this plugin to my multysite and it works as expected.

This plugin simply does not work, which can be verified by recent support requests that have gone unanswered. The instructions are very simple, but possibly incomplete which may be why people can’t figure out how it works (or it is simply broken). The support form on the plugin docs page also does not work.

The plugin works great on my site. A few teething problems setting it up but Renzo was super helpful and fixed it within 4 hours.
