Share-me is a simple social share plugin.

Installation

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
You can disable SM auto display mode and use the shortCode {sm_getShareMe} for more customisation.

Can i add my own icons to the plugin?
Yes. Using an FTP client, navigate to the “iconset: folder under the wp-content/plugins/share-me/assets/images in your wordpress installation. Now Create a new folder for your custom iconset, naming it accordingly. Add your icons (.png format, preferably 32px x 32px size). Refresh. The new iconset will be appear in the themes selection in the plugin settings.

It’s works well. It would be good if people could get a shortcode to post share icons wherever they want to. However, I’ve succesfully dealt with that through JS.
