This plugin will allow you to get Posts, Pages, etc from other databases. Helpful to create Mircosites. A simple solution to display content on your main/subdomain site from main/subdomain site by connecting to database.

Can I use my existing WordPress theme?

Yes! WP Database Fetch works out-of-the-box with nearly every WordPress theme.
