DropUI – More Sales from the Traffic You Already Have

Description

Help shoppers complete their purchases

Visitors come to your store, browse products and add them to their carts. But not everyone checks out. DropUI helps you respond at those moments: show how much more they need to spend for free shipping, present a relevant offer or collect their contact details so you can follow up.

DropUI brings together popups, forms and marketing automation for WooCommerce and WordPress. Tailor messages to the page, cart contents and shopper behavior.

  • Just $25 away from free shipping? Show the amount remaining and suggest complementary products.
  • About to leave with items in their cart? Display an offer or reminder before they go.
  • Browsing but not ready to buy? Invite them to sign up for a discount or promotion alerts.

With the appropriate consent, you can follow up after their visit through web push or WhatsApp.

Start with one campaign

Choose your first goal: reduce cart abandonment, increase order value, capture leads or bring customers back.

Use a ready-made scenario, ask the AI Assistant for help or build your own campaign. Based on your description, the Assistant suggests copy, a layout and calls to action. Match the design to your store, set the display rules and publish, without editing your theme or site code.

You can also run a countdown promotion, a spin-to-win wheel, a scratch card or a survey. You don’t have to use every feature at once.

You don’t have to set it all up yourself

Get support from an onboarding specialist on the Start plan and above. Your specialist helps you set up DropUI, create and launch campaigns, and review the results. They also suggest improvements and what to try next.

Stay in touch during and after the visit

On your site: popups with offers or forms, bars highlighting promotions or free-shipping thresholds, embedded content with forms and recommendations, and a Feed of current offers.

After the visit: web push notifications for subscribers and WhatsApp offers and reminders, with the option to continue the conversation when a customer replies.

DropUI also works without WooCommerce: use it on business websites and blogs to capture leads, promote your products or services and encourage visitors to return.

Show the right message at the right moment

Decide who sees a campaign, where it appears and what triggers it. Rules can take into account:

  • the current page or WordPress content type,
  • whether it’s a first or repeat visit,
  • shopper behavior, including exit intent, which signals that someone is about to leave,
  • device, language, traffic source and UTM parameters,
  • login status,
  • schedules, display delays and frequency limits.

With WooCommerce, you can also use product, category, tag, variation, coupon, cart contents, cart value, free-shipping threshold and checkout-stage data.

Track impressions, clicks, CTR and conversions. Use A/B tests to compare copy and campaign variations.

Compatibility

The plugin requires WordPress 6.3 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.

The plugin has been tested up to WordPress 7.0.

In a WordPress Multisite network, each site connects to DropUI independently and has its own configuration and campaigns.

External Service

This plugin connects your WordPress website to DropUI, an external online service. A DropUI account is required to create, publish, and analyze campaigns.

Service provider:
E-TRADE SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.

When the administrator starts the connection process, the plugin sends information required to identify and connect the WordPress website, including:

  • a unique site identifier,
  • the WordPress site name,
  • the site URL,
  • the connection callback URL,
  • the WordPress administrator email address,
  • the platform identifier,
  • information about whether the site already has an authentication secret.

For authenticated actions such as signing in to DropUI or disconnecting the site, the plugin sends a signed request containing the site identifier, requested action, timestamp, nonce value, and cryptographic signature.

After the site is connected, the service may process information needed to select, display, and measure campaigns, including:

  • the URL of the visited page,
  • campaign identifiers,
  • impressions, clicks, and conversions,
  • device, language, and traffic-source information,
  • user behavior related to a campaign,
  • information voluntarily submitted through forms, such as an email address or phone number.

If the website uses WooCommerce, the processed context may also include product, category, variation, coupon, cart contents, cart value, and checkout stage.

The exact scope of processed information depends on the website configuration, enabled features, and active campaigns.

The plugin does not connect the site to DropUI until the administrator explicitly starts the connection process.
